LigandScout Visual Semantics

In order to deal with the complex 3D structures and different items like small molecules, macromolecules, bonds, atoms and binding sites, a consistent visual semantics concept was designed to help users to understand the program quickly and to allow a steep learning curve. All icons can easily be overlaid according to the main icon basic grid (in the center below).
