Inte:Ligand proudly presented its products and science at the American Chemical Society 234th National Meeting & Exposition, August 19-23, 2008 in Philadelphia, PA, USA. Customers and collaborators took the possibility to visit us at our booth in the exposition and discussed recent scientific challenges using inte:Ligand’s modeling platform LigandScout, which is now able to fast and accurately screen multi-conformational compound databases using enhanced 3D pharmacophore models as efficient filters. Several presentations of our science were available in the scientific program:
- CINF 37 - Accurate and fast virtual screening using 3-D pharmacophore queries
- COMP 101 - Multitarget screening: Is cherry-picking scalable?
- CINF 59 - Ligand tautomer enumeration and scoring for structure-based 3-D pharmacophore modeling
- COMP 266 - The performance of 3-D shape-based virtual screening is not necessarily related to the quality of the query conformation
